  • Foundation: $10,000 to $100,000

  • Framing: $20,000 to $50,000

  • Tile & Ceramics: $5,000 to $15,000

  • Custom Cabinetry: $10,000 to $30,000

  • Hardwood Flooring: $5,000 to $15,000

  • Granite, Quartz, Marble, etc.: $2,000 to $10,000

  • Exterior Finish: $10,000 to $30,000

  • Interior Rough-ins (plumbing, electrical, HVAC): $15,000 to $40,000

  • Interior Finish (painting, trim, fixtures): $10,000 to $30,000

  • Concrete (driveways, walkways): $5,000 to $15,000
